Website Privacy Policy
Visitors to the PMG Capital, Inc. website remain anonymous. We do not collect identifying information about visitors to our site. We may use standard software to collect non-identifying information about our visitors, such as:
- Date and time our site was accessed
- IP address
- Web browser used
- City, state and country
We use this information to create summary statistics and to determine the level of interest in information available on our site. Visitors may elect to provide us with personal information via email, online registration forms or our guest book. This information is used internally, as appropriate, to handle the sender’s request. If you use the online applications and / or links that we provide to you, the information you supply is encrypted and then decoded to begin processing when it arrives to PMG Capital, Inc. If you have any questions about whether or not the link is from PMG Capital, Inc., please verify with your PMG Home Loans representative.
Emailing
When emailing your PMG Capital, Inc. contacts, DO NOT EVER send any personal Identifiable Information (such as social security number, account numbers, check stubs, etc.). We will provide you a secure document upload feature that will keep your information safe. You may also deliver your documents to the office or mail the information through the US postal system understanding that mailing may delay your loan process.
Home Mortgage Disclosure Act
Enacted by Congress in 1975, the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act legislates the reporting of loan data by lending institutions. This includes geographic distribution of loans and applications; ethnicity, race, sex, and income of applicants and borrowers; and information about loan approvals and denials. This data is reported by the lending institutions on the first of March for loans and applications of the previous calendar year. If requested, lenders need to have the information available within 30 days of the request but not earlier than March 31st.
